Avis Chauffeur Drive
Costs $30 per
hour with a three-hour minimum, plus standard rental car charges. Customers can
rent the vehicle and use a WeDriveU chauffeur during the entire rental period
or as needed. The chauffeur can pick up the Avis rental car for the customer
and meet the customer wherever desired, including airline baggage claim or
curbside loading zones for airport arrivals, or at a hotel or business meeting
location. The driver can also handle the return of the vehicle.

First Transit, an Illinois
state funded service, provides free transportation to persons who have
Medicaid, to doctors, dentists, and hospitals.
Call 1-877-725-0569 with your Medicaid card in hand. Have
the date you need service, the name and address and phone number of where you
are going and then they will ask you why you need this service i.e. your
disabilities. Then they will give you phone numbers to call for service
providers in your area.

Taxi Access Program (TAP)
Vouchers for taxi service can be purchased by individuals with
disabilities who have a Special Services ID Card for a reduced price. You will
have to undergo an interview to test your ambulatory limitations. Vouchers
valued up to $13.50 currently cost $5.00, but
prices are subject to change. 99% of Chicago cabs will honor vouchers.

The Ford Mobility Motoring Program
Provides the disabled customer

General Motors Mobility Program
A disabled customer will be
reimbursed for an amount matching the cost of after-market driver or passenger
adaptive aids, including installation, or reinstallation, up to a maximum of
